GUEST BLOG - Chef Dave - My Favourite Recipes - Cod & Chorizo Stew

As a busy Chef running a busy kitchen I need to ensure that all our meals are deliverable, nutritional, tasty and meet the K.I.S.S. principles.

Cod is a robust fish and mixed with the chorizo the flavours should really complement each other.

This simple dish will take approximately 30minutes including prep time and serve 4 people

1 Large Onion, finely chopped
200g cooking chorizo, chopped into small pieces
